As we navigate the currents of time, our commitment to progress remains unwavering. Over the past year, NCC has faced numerous challenges and opportunities, working tirelessly to contribute our expertise and strength to the company's growth.

NCC Meetings

 

On January 4th, the NCC marketing team gathered for an annual summary meeting and strategic planning session for 2025, themed "Riding the Waves of Innovation." This event provided a platform to reflect on our achievements and challenges from the previous year while setting our sights on new horizons for 2025.

 

The meeting commenced with the Service Department Manager presenting the performance metrics for 2024. Despite facing various obstacles, the team's relentless efforts yielded impressive results. The manager provided a detailed analysis of these outcomes, summarizing experiences that will serve as invaluable references for future endeavors.

 

Following this, the Service Department II Manager shared insights from their team's annual performance report. Together, they discussed how market fluctuations impacted their results and devised strategies for improvement to ensure even greater success in the upcoming year.

 

The Marketing Director then reviewed the department's activities in 2024, analyzing various aspects such as academic conferences, market strategies, personnel training, and market access. This comprehensive overview set a clear direction for marketing efforts in 2025.

 

The Sales Director concluded with a summary of the marketing initiatives from 2024, acknowledging the hard work of all marketing personnel and encouraging continued dedication in 2025. General Manager Shen reflected on last year’s marketing highlights while envisioning a new year filled with renewed energy for the sales team.

 

The General Manager also outlined NCC's marketing strategy for 2025. As we embark on this new journey, we will focus on strategic planning to identify targets and foster collaboration among teams to move forward with determination. The insights shared by our General Manager will provide clear guidance for our marketing initiatives.

 

In 2025, under the leadership of our department heads, we will conduct in-depth planning and precise positioning for our respective markets. We will break down annual strategic objectives into specific tasks for each province and department while establishing corresponding strategies. This approach ensures that every team clearly understands its goals and responsibilities, enabling us to work more efficiently.

 

The meeting also recognized outstanding performance from December's service centers, awarding titles such as Sales Champion, Sales Runner-Up, Sales Third Place, and Monthly Excellence Awards to inspire colleagues to pursue higher goals.

 

In 2024, we weathered market challenges and witnessed team growth. As we move into 2025, we are ready to ride the waves of innovation together toward a bright future. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication; we look forward to achieving even greater success in the coming year!
